What is included in the monthly rate?
The monthly rate covers your developer's full-time dedication (160 hours/month), all employer costs on our side, and access to your account manager. There are no platform fees, no billing-by-task caps, and no setup fees beyond the first month.
Can I hire part-time or on a casual basis?
Yes. Part-time engagements (typically 80 hours/month) are available from approximately half the full-time rate. Casual or hourly engagements are also available for short bursts of work. Ask on your discovery call.
What if the developer is not working out?
Give us notice and we will begin the replacement process immediately. Our standard replacement commitment is a matched replacement candidate within 7 business days. You pay no gap in billing during the transition.
