How the arrangement works
Staff augmentation for Australian companies
Staff augmentation is contracted capacity under a company service agreement. It is not employment, not labour hire in the regulated Australian sense, and not a managed project. You direct the work, Codalyst Tech employs the person, and the contract is company to company.
The engagement runs month to month. Time from signed contract to onboarded is 7 business days. Time from onboarded to full productivity is realistically 2 to 4 weeks, the same as any hire, and we say so rather than overstating the ramp. Notice to reduce or exit is 30 days. If someone is not working out, we replace them within an agreed timeframe under the same contract.
