Discovery & Assessment
We inventory your current environment , servers, databases, applications, dependencies, scheduled jobs, and network topology , and produce a cloud readiness assessment with risk flags, dependency maps, and a recommended migration strategy (rehost / re-platform / re-architect).

Target Architecture Design
We design the cloud architecture: compute sizing, managed database selection, VPC layout, security groups, IAM structure, storage strategy, and a three-year cost projection. You review and approve before we provision anything.

Cloud Environment Provisioning
We provision the cloud environment using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or AWS CDK), configure networking, security policies, and base images. The environment mirrors production before any data is moved.

Data & Application Migration
Applications, databases, and file storage are migrated , with live replication where possible to minimise cutover window. For stateless applications, zero-downtime cutovers are the default. For stateful databases, we plan and rehearse the cutover window in staging.

Cutover, Testing & Optimisation
We execute DNS cutover, validate application behaviour under real traffic, run performance benchmarks, and optimise instance sizing, auto-scaling policies, and reserved capacity commitments for cost efficiency.
