    Use Case & Architecture Design

    We define the device requirements, sensor types, connectivity constraints, data schema, cloud architecture, security model, and scalability targets — producing a reference architecture document before any hardware is ordered or code is written.

    Prototype & Proof of Concept

    We build a working prototype: real device firmware publishes live telemetry to the cloud broker, data is stored and visualised. This validates hardware selection and connectivity in real conditions before production investment is committed.

  3. 03

    Firmware & Cloud Development

    Full firmware development, cloud IoT platform provisioning, device certificate management, data ingestion pipeline, and the fleet management layer are built in parallel and tested against load and connectivity-failure scenarios.

  4. 04

    Dashboard, Alerting & Integration

    Operational dashboards, alert thresholds, and notification channels (email, SMS, Slack, PagerDuty) are configured. We also build any integration with your operational systems — ERP, WMS, CMMS — so the sensor data triggers real workflows.

  5. 05

    Production Deployment & Fleet Management Handover

    The production device fleet is provisioned and registered. The OTA update mechanism is validated with a real firmware release. Fleet management tooling and the operations runbook are handed over with a training session.
